Return and Refund Policy

At Sawamu Imports, we aim to ensure you are happy with your household goods purchase. This policy outlines how returns and refunds work when you shop with us.

1. Returns

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, let us know within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@sawamuimports.com.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, including the original packaging.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error (for example, sending you the wrong item).

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at info@sawamuimports.com if you need an exchange.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain household goods, such as personal care products or customized items, are not eligible for return. If this applies, we will state it clearly in the product description.
